Bubblicious Baby

This was for a baby girls baby shower where the colors were bubble gum pink and silver. I could resist and make white cake cupcakes with bubble gum flavored frosting! A little girls dream.

Peppermint Bark

This cake was inspired by a classic holiday treat, Peppermint Bark! The inside is chocolate cake with peppermint frosting. The outside is layered with mini dark chocolate chips, crushed peppermint, and white sprinkles.

Wedding In The Park

This beautiful wedding was at a local park and had a very rustic outdoor feeling. This bride had a lot of other desserts for her guests and didn't want to overwhelm them, so believe it or not two of these cakes are styrofoam.

Her husband is very patriotic so she wanted to do something special that he wouldn't forget. When you cut into the front cake, the inside looks like and American flag. I layered the cake red and white tiers, and topped it with a blue circle around the top edge to complete the flag.

Lil' Buckaroo

"Howdy Lil' Buckaroo"
These cupcakes were for a darling baby shower for Nathanael. They were chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Each cupcake had a different letter pipped on them with 4 extras that had a sheriff star, a cactus, a cowboy hat, and a lucky horseshoe.

Happy Halloween

Working at the Disneyland Resort there is never a shortage of creative inspiration. These are pumpkin pie streusel cupcakes topped with a Mickey candy corn modeled after the giant Mickey Jack-O-Lantern on Main Street, U.S.A at the Disneyland Park.

Mickey Mouse Cupcakes

These little cupcakes were inspired by every one's favorite mouse, MICKEY! I decorated them to resemble his iconic pants and ears. Besides being cute... they were delicious too! These were a chocolate cupcake infused with cherry flavoring.

Two of a Kind

These two cakes are actually one in the same! I had a request to recreate a wedding cake for a 1st Anniversary. Before I added the colorful cascading flowers down the side, I wanted to show how if you have a good simple cake base you can create any look or style you want.

The first is a cleaner fresh all white cake, where the second one has a more tropical feeling. Again all started with a clean fresh base and then I just added a little flair.
